My Spraying Process
Step 1: Removal & Collection
I visit your home to carefully remove all kitchen doors and drawer fronts. These are then transported to my workshop, where they can be professionally prepared and spray finished in a controlled environment.
Step 2: Workshop Preparation & Spraying
At my workshop, each door and drawer is thoroughly cleaned, sanded, and inspected for any imperfections. Any damage or defects are repaired before applying high-quality primers and spray finishes to achieve a smooth, durable, factory-quality result.
Step 3: Return & On-Site Preparation
Once the doors and drawers are fully finished and cured, I return to your property. Before spraying the fixed elements of the kitchen, I carefully protect all surrounding areas, including worktops, appliances, flooring, and adjacent rooms.
Step 4: Carcass & End Panel Finishing
The kitchen carcasses and end panels are then professionally prepared. This includes:
- Thorough degreasing
- Abrading surfaces to ensure adhesion
- Filling and repairing imperfections
- Final cleaning and dust removal
Premium coating systems are then applied to create a seamless finish that perfectly matches the sprayed doors and drawers.
Step 5: Reassembly & Final Inspection
Once the paint has cured, the newly finished doors and drawers are reinstalled, and a final quality inspection is carried out to ensure every detail meets the highest standard.
